Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our well-established manufacturing client based in Dewsbury, due to continued growth within their customer service team. This is a full-time, office-based role working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support across multiple communication channels, ensuring client needs are met efficiently and professionally. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise strong communication skills, analyse customer requirements, and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.
