Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Account Manager to manage our client accounts. The job role involves taking and processing orders from our existing customers via telephone and email and providing excellent customer service.

This role will be dealing with inbound calls and data inputting customer specifications

Call Centre experience will also be an advantage, but not essential
