You must be willing to work within the alcohol industry to be suitable for this role. Customer Service Duties: Working as part of a team, you will be liaising with established prestigious UK clients and in turn, hospitality site leads such as hotel, bar, and restaurant managers.  You will be providing customer support including, but not limited to delivery updates, problem-solving, feedback, complaint handling, shortages, damages etc... You will require a good telephone manner and friendly personality as well as being computer literate.
