Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Location: Duxford, Cambridgeshire Salary: 26,500p.a. Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm / 37.5 hours per week Contract Type: Full time, permanent As Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for: Liaising with customers via email and telephone Scheduling appointments Verifying account information Additional administration duties as required. An ideal candidate for the Customer Service Advisor will have: Strong communication skills verbal and written Good Microsoft office skills Previous customer service experience Strong attention to detail.
