Customer Service Advisor
Our client who is a logistics company based on the outskirts of Telford is looking for a temporary to permanent Customer Service Advisor on a full-time basis to join their ever- growing work force, in a busy environment which can handle 3000-5000 parcels a day.
You will be dealing with customer enquiries through various channels including telephone, email and front of house whilst providing high levels of customer service, assisting drivers and operations team and working within a customer service team in an open plan office.
As part of this role, you will be developing and maintaining excellent communications with other team members, following up on additional information required for internal and external departments and responding to all inquiries from all members up to the first level resolution and refer any second resolution calls to other sections across the organisation.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within Customer Service
- Be personable, hardworking with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Forward thinking.
- IT Skills including using multiple operating systems.
- Basic experience in Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, Excel is a must.
- Competence to work within an agreed regulatory code of conduct.
All training will be provided.
Hours
07:00 - 18:30 (Monday - Friday)
Saturday on rota
Salary
£12.95 per hour
