The Role:
As a Fraud Analyst, you''ll be the first line of defence, identifying suspicious activity, investigating fraud cases, and safeguarding genuine customers. If you''re passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Detect fraud through high-risk identification strategies
- Investigate and escalate cases efficiently
- Contribute to improving customer service and fraud-prevention processes
Assignment Details:
Pay: £14.29/hour (with shift allowances up to £17.47/hour)
Start Date: 28th July 2025
Contract: 12-month temporary assignment (potential to extend or become permanent)
Location: Thanet Grange, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS0 0EJ
Hours: 35 hours/week across 5 days (between Monday and Sunday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, including some bank holidays)
Training and Development:
- 8 weeks of comprehensive, classroom-based training
- Transition to a supported academy environment with live call experience
- Hybrid working available after achieving key performance benchmarks (minimum 6 in-office days/month)
What We''re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service or telephone-based roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, multi-system use)
- A team-oriented, problem-solving mindset
