We are looking for a personable and engaging Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete customer journey-from initial enquiry to post-hire feedback-using your product knowledge and interpersonal skills to deliver a best-in-class service. You''ll play a crucial part in building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers via telephone, email, and website inquiries to provide timely, effective support.
- Manage orders from enquiry through to post-hire feedback, taking ownership of the customer journey.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with regular customers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs.
- Utilise product knowledge to advise customers
- Communicate clearly and negotiate effectively to resolve queries in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service processes and performance.
- Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Pick up ad hoc admin tasks such as filing, paperwork and more.
- Participate in team meetings and share best practices to enhance overall service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Strong initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven customer service experience, ideally handling inbound order (preferable)
- Basic computer literacy in MS Office.
