Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and commercially minded Sales & Commercial Coordinator to support day-to-day sales operations and business growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in managing CRM activity, supporting the sales pipeline, and ensuring commercial processes run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring all customer data, activity, and opportunities are accurate and up to date
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress, follow-ups, and key actions to drive opportunities forward
- Produce regular reports, support forecasting, and identify inactive or missed opportunities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other commercial documentation
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Support customer communication, account management, and business development activities
- Assist with tenders and internal approvals, ensuring processes are completed efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to overall organisation within the sales function
About you
- Experience in sales support, account management, recruitment, or a similar commercial role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proactive, professional, and commercially aware
