Responsibilties Processing customer orders and dealing with customer queries on a timely basis. To provide customer support in an efficient and timely manner Working closely with the central distribution centre to ensure goods are dispatched and advising couriers regarding daily tracking details for product returns Ensuring that all processes are carried out in accordance with Company procedures. Reconciliation of Consignment stock audits and working with the Sales Team to clear consignment queries Working closely with the Inventory Controller and Sales teams to ensure consignment stock is adequately managed with expiry dates and short dated stock is returned from Hospital accounts when necessary, Liasing with Accounts Receivable to ensure invoice queries and corrections are completed when required Preparation of inventory reports for internal and external purposes....
