Role: Customer Service Advisor (Part Time)
Location: Edinburgh City Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week
Pay Rate: £14.02 per hour
Duration: Temporary, ongoing
Start Date: Immediately
About the Role
We’re looking for friendly, confident and customer-focused individuals to join a busy Repairs Contact Centre Team.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them report repair issues and ensuring their queries are handled quickly and professionally. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where your communication and problem-solving skills will make a real difference to customers every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls from customers reporting repair issues
- Providing clear information and resolving queries where possible
- Accurately logging call details and case updates on internal systems
- Liaising with internal teams and external contractors to progress repairs
- Making outbound calls to update customers on the status of their cases
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
- Supporting the wider team with additional administrative tasks when required
