About the Role
This role is for a Customer Service Advisor Part Time, based in Edinburgh within a public sector contact centre. Working Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, you will handle inbound and outbound calls regarding property repairs. The position is temporary, paying £14.51 per hour, with an immediate start. ⭐ About the Role
Working within a busy Repairs Contact Centre, you'll be the first point of contact for customers reporting repair issues. You'll provide excellent customer service, accurately log information, liaise with internal teams and contractors, and keep customers updated on the progress of their repairs.
