Customer Service Advisor - Part Time

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Durham.

12 month Fixed Term Contract. Can lead to a permanent position for the right candidates.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer enquiries
• Completing transactions and maintaining accurate digital and manual records
• Managing daily workloads to meet deadlines
• Escalating non-routine queries appropriately
• Collaborating with team members to support overall performance
• Providing general administrative support
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

• Good organisational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service

Shifts: 9:00-11:00am starts to 14:30-16:30pm finishes (27.5 hours a week) including weekends. 3-5 weekends over an 8 week period (can be consecutive or spaced out depending on Business needs.

-13.45 per hour rising to -13.57 per hour after 12 weeks plus overtime.
