Customer Service Advisor

The CompanyA fast paced, successful business are looking for a tenacious, driven customer focussed individual to join a professional busy Account Management team as an Internal Account Executive. Please note this role is hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office in Marlow. There are two roles available; one permanent and one 12 month fixed term contract (contract starting in August if possible). The RoleA busy role managing your own portfolio of B2B Clients, ensuring everything runs smoothly and within set SLA''s, allowing the client to continue to choose the business as their product of choice within the market. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Managing your own portfolio of clients.Delivering first class service at all times.Pre-empt and deal with any issues that arise.Manage all back office admin for the client.Provide reporting and forecasting to help the client understand how their account is performing, mostly via Excel.Updating details via internal CRM System.About YouOffice based Customer Service experience - ideally B2B, but not essential if you are willing to learn!Proactive, Assertive and Tenacious.Driven and passionate.A problem solver.Able to use CRM systems and MS Office.Ideally able to use functions in Excel such as pivot tables.Excellent communicator.Strong team player.OtherShift Pattern: Mon-Fri; 8:30-17:00/ 9:00-17:30/ 9:30-18:00Hybrid working: 2 days in the office in Marlow, 3 days at home.£25-28k DOEOpportunity to earn an ..... full job details .....
