Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s busy and supportive team in Rochdale. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start available.
Customer Service Advisor Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and input customer orders
- Update delivery details and track order progress
- Check stock availability and liaise with the warehouse team
- Handle customer queries by phone and email in a professional manner
- Provide product and order support to customers
- Carry out general administration and data entry tasks
Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience (ideally within order processing)
- Strong communication skills – confident on the phone and via email
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment
