Customer Service AdvisorHours: 37 Monday-Friday 9am-5pmPay rate: 14.36Location: The Bluebell Centre Chelmsley Wood Solihull B37 5TN- office basedContract: 3 months with review for extensionJob Overview:Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Solihull Council, for a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis to become a member of the Solihull Connect Customer Contact Service which handles a diverse range of enquiries, via face to face, incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, live chat and SMS.Main Responsibilities:To ensure effective handling of complex customer contacts, providing advice and guidance as necessary within the relevant Council service area such as Council Tax.
