Location: Brentwood Salary: 15 per hour Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week Working Pattern: Office-based Our client, an established electrical services company based in Brentwood, is looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period. Role and responsibilities Answering incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries Booking and arranging customer appointments Liaising with engineers and internal teams Updating customers on job progress and appointment times Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally Taking accurate messages and ensuring information is passed to the relevant team Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate customer records Providing general administrative support where required Requirements Previous customer service or administration experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A professional and friendly telephone manner Good organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems A proactive and positive approach to work Package 15 an hour 40 hours a week Permanent position available Long term opportunity with established business Immediate start available ..... full job details .....
