Customer Service Advisor - Nottingham - 6 Month contract (Night shift, 4 on 4 off) Here at Lucid we have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Advisor''s to work in Nottingham on a contract, this will be working on a nightshift pattern 4 on 4 off (7pm - 7am) Job responsibilities/Skills required: Provide remote technical support over the phone orientated around technical issues.Solving faults and functionality, password/pin code issuesFollow a scripted/process flow type support service in order to ensure consistency throughout the projectRaising requests for replacement devices or accessories for the affected individuals.Excellent customer service support experienceStrong attention to detail If you are available and interested in this opportunity, please apply for further information.
