Customer Service Advisor 25,500 OTE 26,700 Dartford Mon- Fri 8:30am-5pm Perm My exclusive client is looking to grow by adding a Customer Service Advisor to their existing team on a full time permanent basis. You will be a go getter, with a strong can do attitude and willingness to learn coupled with being a team player, sociable and have the ability to turn a negative into a positive. You will be processing orders coming into the business and answering customer enquires coming through via telephone or email. You will have the ability to follow processes with strong attention to detail when processing orders and handle complaints as and when. Day to day of the Customer Service Advisor:Immersing yourself within their industry and products ensuring you are taking key notes on certain aspects but also using your initiative to use your own judgement.Delivering first class customer service through methods such as telephone and email.Following processes when processing orders onto the system, ensuring you have a key eye for attention to detail minimising service issues.Answering general enquires regarding products, timeframes and stock availability to meet customer requirements.Meeting call numbers on an average per week and service levels to qualify for your monthly bonus.Navigating the system, updating with relevant information and noticing discrepancies when they arise.Handling complaints first hand when they arise, ensuring you are acting on them straight away and gaining ..... full job details .....
