About the Role

Pertemps London is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their Neasden operation on a full-time, permanent basis. The role offers a basic salary of £27,053 per annum with a £1,000 annual bonus. Working 40 hours per week, shifts are Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, with weekend work required on a rota basis (Saturday 10am-5pm, Sunday 10am-4pm). Key responsibilities include handling customer enquiries face-to-face and over the phone, advising on available services, and identifying suitable solutions. Strong customer service and sales skills are essential, alongside the ability to support the day-to-day running of the site while delivering consistently high service standards.

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Sales Advisor to join a busy and customer focused operation in Neasden. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and sales skills who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting the day to day running of the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiries both face to face and over the phone
• Advising customers on available services and identifying suitable solutions
• Maximising sales opportunities and supporting store targets
• Completing administration accurately and in line with company procedures
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the site
• Carrying out lone working duties when required
• Acting as a key holder in the absence of management
• Assisting with store rounds and general housekeeping duties
• Supporting with forklift duties where required
• Assisting with debt management and payment collection
• Providing an excellent level of customer service at all times

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service or sales
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Confident speaking with customers face to face and over the phone
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
• Positive and proactive approach to work
• Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
