• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally through various communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution to maintain satisfaction.
• Update and maintain customer records in the system with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
• Monitor and follow up on pending customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while addressing customer concerns.
• Contribute to improving customer service processes by providing constructive feedback.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Be fully flexible between the hours of 8am - 7pm Mon - Sun (5 day working week)
