This role will be Mon - Fri (5 days on-site).

Description

• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of service.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, following company procedures.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on orders and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
• Handle complaints calmly and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
• Provide product information and support to customers when required.
• Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring all data is up-to-date.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service, ideally within a similar industry.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care.
• Comfort with using computer systems and maintaining accurate records.

Job Offer

• An hourly rate of -14.00 to -15.00, dependent on the level of experience.
• A temporary position based in Stockport which the chance to go perm.
• Weekly pay.
