Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor in the transport and distribution industry, you''ll be responsible for managing the full customer journey, including order processing, shipment coordination, customer queries, and maintaining accurate records across SAP and Salesforce systems. Description

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing clear and helpful information.
• Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry into internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction targets.
• Provide feedback on recurring customer concerns to improve processes.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

• Minimum two years experience in Customer Service or Sale Support.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in a customer-facing role within a similar environment.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems; Salesforce or CRM preferred.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care.
