Customer Service Advisor

Meraki Talent are seeking experienced Customer Services professionals for a number of temporary contracts within the Edinburgh area. Based from Edinburgh Gyle, you will work as part of a larger team, providing first class customer services to existing customers. Applicants should have gained experience within a fast paced organisation, where the needs of the customer are put first. Key duties will includeProviding a first class customer experience via telephone and digital support channels.Completing accurate customer requestsDealing with existing customer queriesUpdating in house systems with accurate customer dataEnsuring customer satisfaction at all times.Promoting digital channels to existing customers Applicants should be able to demonstrate first class customer service skills, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
