We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join a busy vehicle repair centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a positive attitude who is looking to build a rewarding career. Full training will be provided.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, keeping customers informed throughout the repair process and ensuring the smooth coordination of appointments, vehicle collections, and deliveries.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• Booking vehicles in for repair and arranging appointments.
• Providing regular updates to customers throughout the repair process.
• Coordinating vehicle collections and deliveries.
• Liaising with technicians, estimators, and insurers to ensure customers receive accurate information.
• Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems.
• Ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.
• Supporting the wider team with administrative duties as required.

Desirable

• Previous experience in a customer service, reception, or service advisor role.
• Experience within the automotive, vehicle repair, or insurance industry.
• Experience using customer management or booking systems.
