Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for strong customer services staff ideally with experience in a call centre environment. They will need to be confident when dealing with customers on the phone, resolving queries, answering questions/concerns and being a strong advocate for the client, providing excellent service. Someone who has worked in a fast-paced environment and who has an excellent attention to detail will do well in this role. Utilities/Energy experience is desirable but not essential As a member of our Unbilled team, you will have a key role in resolving billing issues for our customers, ensuring they receive accurate and reliable bills and excellent customer service.You will also support internal teams by handling billing queries and providing clear resolutions.You will.
