They are seeking an experienced individual to act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing professional support and ensuring a first-class customer experience throughout the order process. What you ll do: Act as an important first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner Provide informed product support and recommend appropriate solutions based on individual customer requirements Confirm and communicate delivery lead times clearly, ensuring customer expectations are managed effectively throughout the order process Liaise with relevant internal and external parties to ensure customer queries are fully resolved Ensure customer enquiries are escalated smoothly where required, maintaining clear communication and keeping customers informed at all stages The ideal candidate: Previous experience within a customer service role Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly manner Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Confident handling customer queries and resolving issues ..... full job details .....
