Customer Service Advisor Wigan 8 Months Matternity Cover £28,272 per anum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am 5.00pmKPI Recruiting are proud to be working with our long-standing client, who are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a Temp basis.You will be responsible for: Answering telephone calls professionally and courteouslyProcessing orders efficiently and accuratelyManaging direct shipments from supplier to customerPlacing orders with internal/external suppliers and arranging timely deliveriesMonitoring stock levels in line with customer demand and supplier lead timesManaging customer expectations and proactively communicating any issues related to their orderHandling invoice queries and raising credit notes when necessary Maintain confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive customer information. The successful candidate will have: Committed to delivering an exceptional level of customer serviceHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailPrevious experience in customer service rolesExcellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloadOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsStrong IT skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to work under pressureSelf-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team APPLY NOW!
