Customer Service Advisor Fairford £12.61 per hour Our client based in Fairford is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and growing team. Customer Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities: Handling inbound and outbound calls Dealing with customer queries and providing excellent customer service Booking couriers for warehouse dispatch Data entry and maintaining accurate records Ensuring all spreadsheets are kept up to date Carrying out regular stock takes and counts Assisting in the warehouse two days per week Customer Service Advisor Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a customer service role Confident and professional telephone manner Previous warehouse experience is desirable Good organisational and administrative skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Customer Service Advisor Working Hours and Benefits: Monday Friday, 08 30 Bonus Scheme 23 Days holiday plus Bank Holidays 1 Days Charity leave per year Annual profit share Free onsite parking Company events Gym membership Canteen on site Employee discount Jackie Kerr Recruitment is an independent agency that has been established for 28 years.
