Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner. Provide technical advice and support relating to automotive parts and products. Process customer orders, quotations, invoices, credit notes and proformas. Create and manage courier bookings and shipping documentation. Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems.
