We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Glasgow branch. Working closely with customers and internal departments, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, processing enquiries, generating quotations, and ensuring customer requirements are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Essential Experience, Qualifications and Competencies Previous experience within an internal sales, customer service, account management or commercial environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
