This is a varied role that requires excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on delivering first-class customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from order placement through to delivery. This role would suit someone who is confident communicating with customers, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in finding solutions and delivering outstanding service. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service to customers, suppliers, and colleagues at all times.Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email, taking ownership of queries through to resolution.Investigate and resolve issues relating to customer orders and deliveries.Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams, ensuring all parties are kept informed throughout the process.Escalate unresolved issues or complaints where appropriate.Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.Support retailers with the use of the portal.Process order returns and manage associated administration.Apply amendments, cancellations, and ..... full job details .....
