Customer Service Advisor

Our client, based on the outskirts of Chelmsford, are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and welcoming team beginning immediately until the end of December 2026.

The days and hours of work are Monday to Friday, working 8 hours per day between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Pay rate is -12.71 per hour, weekly pay.

Please note, due to the location of the site, you must be a driver as it is not accessible by public transport.

Your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator will include:

• Responding to incoming customer calls and email enquiries
• Accurately updating databases, records and Excel spreadsheets
• Preparing and drafting customer correspondence and letters
• Monitoring and following up on ticket responses
• Preparing and maintaining relevant documentation and supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks

To be considered for this Customer Service Administrator position, you will need:

• Previous experience within an office based customer service or administrative role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence using IT systems
• A proactive and positive approach with the ability to work well as part of a team
• A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle due to the location
