Customer Service Advisor

Our client, based on the outskirts of Chelmsford, are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and welcoming team beginning immediately until the end of December 2026. The days and hours of work are Monday to Friday, working 8 hours per day between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Pay rate is 12.71 per hour, weekly pay. Please note, due to the location of the site, you must be a driver as it is not accessible by public transport. Your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator will include:Responding to incoming customer calls and email enquiriesAccurately updating databases, records and Excel spreadsheetsPreparing and drafting customer correspondence and lettersMonitoring and following up on ticket responsesPreparing and maintaining relevant documentation and supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasksTo be considered for this Customer Service Administrator position, you will need:Previous experience within an office based customer service or administrative roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectivelyGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence using IT systemsA proactive and positive approach with the ability to work well as part of a teamA full driving licence and access to your own vehicle due to the locationHuntress does not discriminate on the grounds of age, race, gender, disability, creed or sexual orientation and complies with all ..... full job details .....
