Customer Service Advisor (Housing Repairs) - PART TIME Location: West LondonContract: 3 Months OngoingHours: Part Time - Minimum 22.5 hours per weekWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 6:15pmWorking Pattern: Hybrid after trainingWe are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor (Housing Repairs) to join a local authority in West London on a 3-month ongoing contract.You will be the first point of contact for residents contacting the council about housing services and repairs, providing a professional, helpful and customer-focused service across a range of channels.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the single point of contact for customers contacting the council regarding housing services and repairs.Respond to customer enquiries at the first point of contact.Handle enquiries via telephone, email, web, social media and post.Provide accurate and timely information to residents.Ensure customers receive a positive and consistent experience.Meet agreed performance targets and contribute to high customer satisfaction levels.Provide a reliable, responsive and customer-focused service.Ensure enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.Promote value for money and responsive housing services.Act as a positive role model and maintain high standards of customer service.Working ArrangementsPart-time position with a minimum of 22.5 hours per week.Working hours will be agreed between 8:00am and 6:15pm, Monday to Friday.Approximately 4 weeks of training will be ..... full job details .....
