We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with 1-2 years of relevant experience.Contract Type: 6-Month ContractWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 37.5 Hours per weekLocation: Waterside Heathrow and all 5 days on-site About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our client''s mini contact centre team. You will be the first point of contact for a wide range of customer queries, handling between 50 and 100 calls per day. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication skills and a calm, solution-oriented approach. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, either in person or over the phone.Due to a cyber policy change approx. 6 months ago, a business-critical task has emerged requiring immediate support while systems are being adapted to accommodate the new policy.
