Customer Care AdvisorBridgwater Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm Salary: £25,000 per annum Contract: Permanent Working Pattern: Office-based during probation, then hybrid 3 days in the office and 2 days working from homeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Advisor to join a busy and professional team. You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service while managing enquiries, processing orders and ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the order journey.The successful candidate will be confident, organised and professional, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly via telephone, email, social media and other channels.Manage the full order process, from placing orders through to delivery.Check and communicate stock availability and expected delivery dates.Monitor order progress and proactively provide customers with updates.Liaise with couriers regarding delivery status and resolve any delivery issues.Investigate customer queries and take ownership through to resolution.Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally.Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer information is up to date.Keep customers informed regarding outstanding orders and projects.Work closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams to ..... full job details .....
