The role of the customer service advisor is to proactively contact customers ahead of scheduled deliveries, ensuring delivery information is accurate, bookings are confirmed, customer data is maintained, and any delivery issues are identified before dispatch. The role is critical in improving customer service, delivery success rates, and operational efficiency. Position is working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm 40hrs Paid Per Week Temporary to permanent Paid at -12.71 per hour Key Responsibilities Contact customers before scheduled deliveries to confirm requirements and availability.
