Job Title: Customer Service AdvisorLocation: Swindon, SN25Pay Rate: £13.00Shifts: Monday to Friday , 9am 5pmContract: Temp to PermGap personnel are currently recruiting for the role of Customer Service Advisor, SN25. The global garden furniture manufacturer is just coming into peak, and us working in partnership are recruiting for additional 2 Customer Service Advisors. Ideal candidate must have good English written and spoken, and warehouse experience would be an advantage. Must be also PC literate as lots of packing / goods in activities are involved in working on PC.For those who demonstrate good attendance, performance and great work approach, there will be on going position available after probation period.Job Duties:Delivering a Customer-First Experience Put the customer at the centre of every decision and interaction.Deliver a friendly, professional and empathetic service across all communication channels.Take ownership of customer enquiries from first contact through to resolution.Build trust and confidence by providing accurate information and regular updates.Create positive customer experiences that encourage loyalty and repeat business.
