Operating across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, the business supplies customers globally from its UK manufacturing and distribution operation.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional looking to join a stable and growing organisation with genuine long-term career prospects.The RoleWorking as part of an established team of customer service professionals, you will act as a key point of contact for customers across multiple international markets, managing orders and enquiries while ensuring an outstanding level of service.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging customer enquiries via telephone and email.Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate delivery information is provided.Preparing quotations and responding to product availability requests.Liaising with internal departments including warehouse, production, logistics and sales teams.Resolving customer issues and ensuring timely follow-up.Maintaining accurate customer and order records within internal systems.Supporting customers across European and international markets.Building strong relationships with existing customers and stakeholders.RequirementsFluent French language skills ..... full job details .....
