Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service Advisor Permanent - Stockport - up to -28,000 DOE
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Advisor-to join our client on a full time permanent basis. This role will see you working as part of a small team and ensuring excellent customer service is provided to their clients.

Duties include:

• Answering customer and client enquiries via telephone and email
• Resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
• Actively working to targets and upselling products
• Supporting customers on live chat-
• Calling previous business, to enquire about new products avilable to them
• Keeping record of customer interactions
• Proactively follow up on quotations and enquiries
• Processing customer orders and returns
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

The successful candidate will have experience working in a target driven role, confident making out bound calls and building strong relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and well known business, working as part of a close knit team.
