We are looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our client''s growing team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience who enjoys helping people and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities Handling customer enquiries via phone and email Providing excellent customer service at all times Resolving customer issues quickly and effectively Processing customer requests accurately and efficiently Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Managing complaints professionally and following issues through to resolution Meeting individual and team performance targets Requirements Previous experience in a customer service role Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Professional and positive attitude Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively Permanent role with excelllent benefits for the right candidate. ..... full job details .....
