We are looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our client''s growing team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience who enjoys helping people and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Resolving customer issues quickly and effectively
- Processing customer requests accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems
- Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Managing complaints professionally and following issues through to resolution
- Meeting individual and team performance targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
