This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys taking ownership of customer enquiries, solving problems, and working collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure outstanding service delivery.  As a key member of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions from initial contact through to resolution, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly and efficient service.
