Customer Service Advisor 7013 Location: Stonehouse Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Salary: £13.00 per hour Job Description We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and supportive team based in Stonehouse. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration skills who enjoys speaking with customers, resolving queries and ensuring a high standard of service. This role is a perfect opportunity for someone wanting their first office based opportunity, with previous customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor Answer incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers. Handle customer enquiries professionally via telephone and email. Process customer orders accurately using internal systems. Assist customers with placing orders and provide stock availability information. Monitor orders through to dispatch, ensuring they are delivered on time. Resolve customer queries relating to orders, shortages, damages, pricing and stock availability. Liaise with logistics and other internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met. Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems. Deliver an excellent level of customer service at all times. Support the wider team with general administration and office duties.
