Customer Service Advisor (Clinic Diaries) - Factotum Telephone Answering Service are looking for a Customer Service Advisor (Clinic Diaries) to join them on a permanent basis based in Newmarket, West Suffolk. Your attention to detail and commitment to service excellence will enhance overall customer satisfaction. Working hours for this role are 37.5 per week, Monday Friday, 8.30am to 5pm or 9am to 5.30pmMain duties and responsibilities:Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via telephone and email, ensuring a seamless experience.
