Hours between 9AM-5.30PM- 37.5 hours per week.
Mon-Fri - with 1 in 3 weekends
Mon-Thurs (office) Fri-Sun (remote working- once fully trained)

Our client is looking for Customer Service Executives to join their busy, reputable, super modern business.
This is a full time role working 37.5 hours a week between the hours of 9AM-5.30PM.
This is an predominantly office based role where you will be taking calls, answering emails and replying to customers using the live chat function.
You will be advising customers regarding product delays, delivery failures, processing returns and exchanges.
Ultimately keeping the customers happy and offering solutions!
The perfect candidate:
- Personality and confidence is key, you must be able to take the lead in conversations.
- Have some form of previous Customer Service experience
- The ability to keep calm and positive under pressure
- Be able to commit to full time work including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
- Have strong fluent English both written and verbal
- Computer literate
