Customer Service Advisor - Frontline
Salary: -25,000 per annum
Location: Drumchapel (close to train station, free parking available)
Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm

CCA Recruitment Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our frontline team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and delivering high-quality service in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries (phone, email, and in-person).

• Providing clear, professional, and empathetic support to clients and tenants.

• Logging and managing queries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

• Liaising with internal teams and external contractors where required.

• Maintaining accurate records and updating systems.

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous customer service experience (property sector experience is beneficial but not essential).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle situations calmly and professionally.

• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.

• Proficient with IT systems and comfortable learning new software.
