Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 + monthly discretionary bonus

Customer Service Advisor – About our client:

As the company continues to grow, they are looking for a dedicated and hard-working Customer Service Advisor to join their team. You’ll be part of a supportive business that values teamwork, service excellence, and personal development, with opportunities to progress into other roles in the future.

Customer Service Advisor – Details:

  • Salary: £24,000 – £26,000
  • Monthly discretionary bonus linked to business targets
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, with an early finish on Friday
  • 25 days holiday + your birthday off
  • Office-based role in Letchworth

Customer Service Advisor – Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding support by managing orders, addressing enquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer communications via phone, email, and letters.
  • Conduct welcome calls for new orders and onboard customers using the in-house IT system.
  • Manage order amendments, payment plans, and replacement parts requests.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for deliveries, maintenance, and technician visits.
  • Maintain accurate records, review daily orders, and follow up on open or on-hold items.

Customer Service Advisor – What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Empathy, patience, and a customer-first approach.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident using IT systems and customer service tools.
  • A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and develop.
