Customer Service Advisor

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a growing business based in Shepshed. As the Administrator your role is to be responsible for all aspects of the sales process from quotation to order loading, internal communication of order status, generating sales reports and final shipment of customer orders.
As the Administrator your main duties will involve -
- Customer liaison.
- Customer order loading.
- Work order processing.
- Monitoring on time delivery.
- Stock monitoring / replenishment.
- Customer service reports.
- Creating reports.
- Taking meeting notes.
- Any other duties as may be required.
In return you will work 39 hours per week
You will be offered a salary of £25,000.
