Customer Service & Administration Advisor
Location: Dublin
Hours: 41 hours per week
Holidays: 22 days annual leave plus ROI bank holidays (increasing with length of service after 3 years)
Are you an experienced administrator or customer service professional looking for your next opportunity in a fast-paced and friendly environment? We are seeking a confident and organised individual to join our Customer Service & Administration Team at our busy depot.
About the Role:
As part of the customer service team, you''ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email. You''ll be responsible for processing orders, booking installation jobs across multiple depots, and ensuring that every customer receives excellent service. You will also:
- Respond to and process customer enquiries and orders
- Generate quotes and manage payments
- Follow up on purchase orders and handle invoicing and returns
- Complete administrative tasks and internal reports
- Work closely with internal departments across the business
- Occasionally represent the team at industry events such as the Irish Bus and Coach Show
While full training will be provided due to the specialist nature of the industry, experience in customer service, office administration, or a call centre environment is essential.
To succeed in this role, you should be:
- A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
- Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
